Landlord gas safety certificates
If you let a property with gas appliances, the law requires a gas safety check every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We'll check every appliance, flue and the pipework, give you the Landlord Gas Safety Record and quote for anything that needs putting right.

What the law asks of landlords
A gas safety check every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. A copy of the record to existing tenants within 28 days of the check, and to new tenants before they move in. Records kept for at least two years.
